Skagit Flats Half Marathon 9-12-10

I had an amazing time running with Jeff and Stephen, in their first half marathon! Even though I was sick, I am very pleased with how I ran my race. I sure wanted to drop out of it that morning, but I knew that wouldn't be acceptable to me. Perseverance paid off! Perseverance FTW!!!

Certainly not my best time ever, but I am pleased with it, given the circumstances. The race was an out and back, and the entire 2nd half had a wicked head wind! Brutal!! I loved the rain though. It was refreshing.
