Feb 22 - March 1

Feb 22: No run... Just napping.
Feb 23: Major workout at the gym with Frauke. We did weights, then ran for 10 minutes, then weights, then biked for 10 minutes, then weights, then ran for 20 minutes. I was wiped out at the end of all that!
Feb 24: Ran home from work. 3.7 miles
Feb 25: Biked to work. That was all I could do. Tuesday's workout had me crippled! lol
Feb 26: I'm drawing a blank..
Feb 27: 17 mile bike ride.
Feb 28: Rock climbing and bouldering, and then a 5.3 mile run.
March 1: Napping. :)
